🤩 The first step for ALL NEW PATIENTS is to book a NEW PATIENT CONSULTATION

  • We request 24-hours for new patients to give the doctors time to review your medical history
  • If you are trying to book a same day consult, please text the clinic at (619) 356-0259 to let us know and ensure the doctor can see you
  • If you are an insurance patient, you MUST book a minimum of 5-days out, and complete your intake form to allow for us to verify your insurance benefits

⚕️ IMPORTANT FOR INSURANCE PATIENTS:

  • We are in network with UNITED HEALTH and OPTUM
  • If you are a new insurance patient, we REQUIRE FIVE BUSINESS DAYS TO VERIFY INSURANCE coverage.
  • We DO accept HSA/FSA payments and can provide Superbills for reimbursement to individuals whose insurance policies accept them

👮🏽‍♀️ ENDEAVORS WORKFORCE WELLNESS PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS:

  • All new patients MUST REACH OUT DIRECTLY TO THE CLINIC TO BOOK YOUR FIRST TREATMENT + NEW PATIENT CONSULTATION.
  • Rebooking and rescheduling may be done by choosing the ENDEAVORS ACUPUNCTURE SINGLE VISIT or ENDEAVORS 60-MIN MASSAGE

Austin Rich, DACM, LMT is a Graduate of Pacific College of Health and Science. He is a licensed massage therapist and holds a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.
